QuickFlo™-BK series are superior pleated non-dewet PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane filters for a broad range aqueous-based outgassing chemistries in semiconductor or bulk chemical applications.
It has an all PFA support / components for excellent aggressive chemical inertness, high temperature operations and cleanliness. Options for Ultra Clean standards available for Ultra Low Metal (UL) of < 10 ppb, Ultra High Purity (UHP) Metal Extractable of < 25ppb and TOC < 50ppb
QuickFlo™ BK filter is EzeLock™ Key ready and compatible for use with ChemLock® PFA & EzeLock™ PFA housings
