Description
FluoroFlo™ BK filters are superior pleated Hydrophobic PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane with PFA support for chemical inertness across a broad range of wafer bumping and microelectronics process chemical applications. It effectively removes particles from a wide range of acids, bases and solvents and other process chemicals. Applicable for use with process chemicals that are aggressive and operating under high temperature conditions. Besides offering in lengths from 4” to 30”, there is also a combination of different endcaps configuration available for both single and multi-round filter housing installations.
FluoroFlo™ BK also comes with Ultra Clean Options for Ultra High Purity Metal Extractable of < 25ppb and TOC < 50ppb
FluoroFlo™ BK filter is EzeLock™ Key ready and compatible for use with ChemLock® PFA & EzeLock™ PFA housings.
