Description
DirectDIGard™ series is made of High Quality Polyethersulfone membrane (PES) with PP support that offers high flow with low pressure drop and long service life. Besides offering in lengths from 4” to 30”, there is also a combination of different endcaps configuration available for both single and multi-round filter housing installations.
Recommended for use in general Direct DI and Recirculation DIW baths in FPD, Solar or Wafer Bumping. It is also applicable for use with TMAH 2.38%
